Physical Fitness

Exercise

We customize our exercise programs based on your age and current activity level. People over 40 should exercise differently than people under 35. People over 70 need a different program than people under 60. We try to get you to exercise at least 15 minutes every morning. Morning exercise jump starts your metabolism and stimulates the reward center in your brain.

No Exercise:

Some people either cannot exercise or do not like to exercise. We have a program where you will lose unhealthy fat even if you do not want to exercise each morning.



Proteins & Fats:

In our approach to natural weight loss, we use Fish and naturally fed animals as your main source of protein.

The other area we attack is your addiction center.  When you eat something that makes you fat, you brain produces endorphins which makes you feel good.  As you eat more fattening foods, your brain makes more endorphins.  When excess endorphins are made, your brain gets overwhelmed and reduces the number of endorphin receptors.  The reduction in endorphin receptors means you need to make more endorphins to get the same satisfaction.   This is the same mechanism that creates any addiction.
